"The CEO and the team account for about half of a firm's performance. The economy and industry you are in do influence what's possible but, within those, you and your team are the controllable factors which make the difference between a winning or struggling enterprise. It's important to build a company culture of continually striving to be the best." ~ Roland Burgman
